Every voice. Every block. One city.
Every voice. Every block. One city.
April Ethridge is a proud Jacksonville native, U.S. Army veteran and lifelong advocate for strong neighborhoods and smart, community-focused growth. She holds an MBA and spent over 15 years as a successful small business owner in the financial industry, bringing real-world experience in budgeting, accountability, and problem-solving to everything she does.
With decades of experience in leadership and grassroots organizing, April knows firsthand the power of listening, showing up, and building trust one conversation at a time.
She’s running for City Council At-Large Group 4 because she believes every family deserves safe streets, a voice at the table, and real solutions—not just promises. From revitalizing local parks and modernizing recycling, to advocating for small business support and infrastructure that keeps up with our growth, April’s campaign is grounded in action, service, and heart.
She lives in Arlington with her partner Moe and their two dogs, Jude and Tucker, and she’s committed to building a City that works for everyone—block by block, voice by voice.
